The 6-Week Intensive Coaching Bootcamp — a focused cohort for men 40+ who want real results by the holidays, not another year of starts and stops.
Small group. Direct coach access. Daily accountability. Everything dialed in for one clear outcome: come out the other side visibly, measurably stronger.
Six weeks of progressive training — strength, conditioning, mobility — built around your current level and recovery.
Macros dialed to your bodyweight and goals. Simple plate formula. No exotic supplements, no food fear.
Every weekday at 7am, the cohort posts progress. Visibility drives consistency. The group holds you to it.
A 30-minute video call at the halfway mark to recalibrate programming, address plateaus, and reset targets.

Men 40+ who already train — or used to and want back — and want a defined, time-boxed push under direct coaching. Past bootcamps have included surgeons, execs, founders, and pro athletes in their second career.
Life happens. The structure is built for consistency, not perfection — most weeks you can catch up with a single end-of-day post. The cohort is small enough that one missed day is noticed but doesn't break the rhythm.
No. The bootcamp is a 6-week intensive with a defined start, end, and cohort. It's designed for men who want a hard push — and then either continue into ongoing coaching or step out with a clear, repeatable system.
Plan for ~30 minutes a day total — including the session itself, the group post, and any nutrition logging. The 1:1 mid-program call is one 30-minute block in week 4.
Markus reads every intake personally and will be in touch within 1 business day to confirm your spot in the cohort.
